Kama Industrial Park ‘Master’ started its history on the 29th July 2004. This Joint-Stock Company received an opportunity to start and develop on principles of parity of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and KAMAZ PTC Auto Giant. The park is located on 37 ths. sq. m of former Remdiesel factory areas. The Government allocated 150 million rubles for all necessary recovery and repair operations.
In August 2005 areas of the industrial park were first rented by residents. By the end of the year all available premises were leased out.
In 2006 KAMAZ transfers to KIP ‘Master’ JSC the remaining premises of the factory and the Administration of the Republic additionally allocates 90 mln rubles for development of a new territory. Development of a range of services begins which includes many aspects such as protected parking area and legal and accounting services rendering.
In 2007 successful development of the industrial park allowed the government of the Republic of Tatarstan filing application to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation for the third turn joint financing of KIP ‘Master’. The following positive decision of the issue allowed attracting to the project of additional 980 mln rubles from the budgets of RT and RF and thus increasing by more than two times the number of production and office premises in the industrial park.
In 2008 the first stage of transport and logistics terminal with a loading and off-loading bay was started which raised the rating of KIP ‘Master’ on the property market.
In 2009 during the period of world economic crisis KIP ‘Master’ proved to be a reliable support for its own leaseholders. From February the entrepreneurs were given a whole program package as a support which helped the residents to withstand the crisis consequences.
1 July 2010 was marked by opening of the Third Turn of the project KIP ‘Master’ - Industrial Park ‘Master’. The Administration of KIP ’Master’ obtains more than 21 ths. sq. m of office premises and more than 117 ths. sq. m of production areas.
2011 was noted for opening of the Fourth Turn of the project, Kama Industrial Park ‘Master’ was given the delivery building of KAMAZ auto plant. It means that there appeared 117 ths. sq. m. of production area!
KIP ‘Master’ JSC has successfully overcome the seven-year milestone. Today KIP ‘Master’ is a forceful instrument to support small and medium business companies and contributes significantly to the development of social and economic environment of the city located on the Kama riverside.
